Guest Relations Officer

Job Responsibilities:: Responsible for performing customer services duties and handling customer enquiries and complaints over the phone / on site

Job Requirements:: Secondary education or above; Good command of English; Good customer service and interpersonal skills; Experience in hospitality industry is an advantage; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Relations Assistant

Butcher (Western Meat / Western Fish)

Job Responsibilities:: Responsible for handling, cutting, packing and selling Western Meat or Western Fish; Answer customer enquiries

Job Requirements:: Secondary education; Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and a passion for international fine food; Minimum one year of relevant work experience; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Butcher Trainee
