Quality ingredients you can count on every time you enjoy our baked goods are a top priority for us. To that end, we craft our rolls, baguettes, sourdough loaves, rye breads, pretzels, croissants, muffins, biscuits and cakes using purely natural flour – free of GMOs and additives – from Bavaria’s centuries-old, family-run Aichermühle.

For the classic Italian speciality breads, Paolo Mariani flour – also without additives – is the starring ingredient in our ciabattas and focaccias. We're very excited about our organic range too, made with Kialla pure organic flour from Australia; multigrain and whole wheat loaves, black sesame rolls as well as crumpets are just the beginning of what’s to come.
