How to Check Out:
Click [Checkout] at the bottom of the shopping cart.
Take a moment to review all of the items you have placed in the [Shopping Cart].To add or delete products, click and modify your order. If you are ready to pay, select your preferred payment method on the left panel. Then click to input your delivery and billing information. Click again to check the shipping and billing information. If the information is correct, click . Your order will be processed once your information has been verified.

Order Confirmation:
Once the order is confirmed, an online receipt will be shown. You can print this page for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email immediately. If you wish to review your order, visit [Order Records & Tracking] in the Account Info.

Payment Options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Cash on Delivery. The total amount cannot exceed HK$10,000 if you pay by Visa or MasterCard. If you are paying with a credit card, please enter the card number without spaces or dashes. For prices that are determined by the weight of products, 5% of your total purchase amount will be held and reserved from your Visa or MasterCard account. The actual cost of your purchase will be charged to your account and shown on the receipt when your order is delivered.

We also offer Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode, which is available at greatfoodhall.com. Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode is a service that will let you use a personal password with your Visa / MasterCard, giving you added assurance that only you can use your Visa / MasterCard to make purchases over the Internet.

Notes
  • Our next day service only applies to office delivery orders.
  • Order will be delivered within seven days from the day of order.
  • Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.
  • Delivery service is not available to the Outlying Islands (except Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung & Hong Kong International Airport)
  • As all vehicles are prohibited from entering Ma Wan after 4pm, only the 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 4pm delivery time slots are available for orders to be delivered there.
  • For bulk purchases of more than one case, we will confirm the delivery day with you directly.
Charges
  • Home delivery is free when you spend HK$500 or more.
  • A HK$30 delivery charge is applicable to purchases under HK$500 (including delivery to Discovery Bay).

  • Prices shown on greatfoodhall.com may vary from those found in-store.
  • The prices charged are those applicable on the day you order.
  • Only 4 units of baby milk powder of can be ordered in each transaction.
  • The delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. There is no overseas delivery.
  • Home delivery is not available to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles, or buildings without a functioning lift to the 3/F or above.
  • As our vehicles cannot reach Big Wave Bay Village or Shek O without permission letters, customers must collect deliveries to these areas in the car park.
  • All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and greatfoodhall.com reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery.
  • Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer's request.

Order Records and Tracking:
To check your previous order records and the order status, select the [Order Records & Tracking] in the Account Info. A shortcut is also located at the bottom of the [Shopping Cart]. Your order will have any of the following statuses:

  • Order Confirmed
  • Picking
  • Delivering
  • Order Completed
  • Delivery Failed
  • Order Cancelled
